Bellevue police unveiled a new cruiser outside Mission Middle School — and it was designed by a student.Harper, an 8th grader, was the student behind the design, which was revealed Tuesday.The unveiling was a surprise to her, as she didn’t know she won the contest.KETV spoke to her mom, who said she couldn’t be more proud.”She’s actually wanted to be a police officer since she saw Zootopia when she was five.
