ABOUT US
At 1st Sky Omaha, we firmly believe that art is a transformative force capable of bringing about social change. We believe in the power of storytelling to ignite empathy, bridge divides, and unite communities. We believe that representation matters, and that by showcasing the diversity and complexity of Black voices, we can reshape the narrative and dismantle stereotypes. We are committed to nurturing emerging talent, providing a platform for marginalized voices, and cultivating an inclusive community that embraces collaboration, creativity, and authenticity.
We invite you to join us on this journey, as we strive to create a media landscape that reflects the true kaleidoscope of Black experiences. Together, we can rewrite the narrative, reshape perceptions, and empower future generations to dream big and reach for the skies.
Welcome to 1st Sky Omaha, where Black voices take center stage and soar beyond boundaries.
