Council Bluffs police said officers have located and arrested a man who escaped from custody.Authorities said officers responded to a domestic disturbance and a man, identified as 18-year-old Marcus Colanino, was taken into custody.Officials said Colanino ran while still in handcuffs and officers lost him during a pursuit. He was tracked back to his address and was found hiding in the attic.The search was in Council Bluffs, near North 29th Street and Avenue B, just north of West Broadway.
