SHE BRINGS US THE DETAILS FROM THE COURTROOM. MARY. BILL QUANECIA, A JUDGE, INITIALLY SET THAT BOND FOR SADIE TITUS AT 10% OF $1 MILLION. ON WEDNESDAY, HER ATTORNEY ASKED THAT THE BOND BE REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER OF THAT INITIAL AMOUNT. HE REQUESTED THE COURT TO CONSIDER HER CLEAN RECORD AND THE FACT THAT SHE HAS TWO CHILDREN. SHE TAKES CARE OF. THE ATTORNEY ALSO SAID TITUS HAS BEEN COOPERATIVE, OPEN AND HONEST IN ASSISTING WITH THE INVESTIGATION. THE STATE OBJECTED. THEY BROUGHT UP THE SERIOUS NATURE OF THE CASE, SAYING, QUOTE, WE BELIEVE AT A TIME WHEN HONESTY AND INTEGRITY WAS MOST CRUCIAL IN THIS CASE, SHE NOT ONLY STAYED SILENT, BUT SHE PARTICIPATED IN SOME OF THE MORE GRUESOME PARTS OF THIS CASE. THEY ASKED THAT THE BOND REMAIN THE SAME. THE JUDGE RULED THAT TITUS WILL STAY IN JAIL ON THAT $1 MILLION BOND, AND SHE WILL APPEAR IN COURT NEXT MONTH.

In court Wednesday, her attorney asked that the bond be reduced to 10% of $250,000, citing that Titus does not have any prior criminal history and is not a flight risk.
