A 36-year-old man is accused of killing his father, a deacon at an Omaha church, officials said.Omaha police said Martin Zak was taken into custody for criminal homicide, felony flight to avoid arrest and felony theft in the death of 69-year-old John Zak. On Wednesday night, Omaha police were called to a home near 36th and Cass, which property records confirm is John Zak’s home. There, officers found John Zak dead.
