HOLTZ WAS 89 YEARS OLD. BACK IN NEBRASKA. AN INMATE DIES WHILE IN CUSTODY. THE NEBRASKA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS SAYS 77 YEAR OLD LONNIE PATMAN DIED AT THE RECEPTION AND TREATMENT CENTER. PATMAN WAS SERVING A LIFE SENTENCE FOR FIRST DEGREE MURDER.
