SHE’S WON OLYMPIC MEDALS. OUR FIRST GOLD MEDAL. SHE WAS MVP OF THAT TEAM. I MEAN, WHEN WHEN WE THROW OUT THE WORD GOAT, I THINK WE ARE TRULY LOOKING AT THE BEST VOLLEYBALL PLAYER TO EVER PLAY IN OUR COUNTRY. YEAH, I’M NOT GOING TO ARGUE. A THREE TIME ALL-AMERICAN IN NEBRASKA, INCLUDING THE 2008 BIG 12 PLAYER OF THE YEAR AWARD, LED NEBRASKA TO THREE FINAL FOUR APPEARANCES, WINNING IT ALL IN 2006. Nebraska volleyball legend Jordan Larson will be inducted into the NFHS National High School Hall of Fame this year.Larson is one of five former standout high school athletes in the 2026 class, which also includes three high school coaches, two contest officials, one former state association administrator and one former fine arts educator.She set a Class C-1 record with 501 kills and set a state all-class record with 179 aces while earning Gatorade Player of the Year honors as a senior.
