TOMORROW MORNING. BILL. NEW TONIGHT A LOCAL BUSINESSES AND RESIDENTS ARE FORMING AN ALLIANCE TO SUPPORT NEIGHBORS IN THE ECONOMY ALONG THE STREETCAR ROUTE. IT’S CALLED THE STREETCAR IMPACT ALLIANCE. IT PLANS TO CREATE A UNIFIED GROUP TO NEGOTIATE WITH CITY OFFICIALS AND THE STREETCAR AUTHORITY. THE FIRST PUBLIC MEETING IS SET FOR FEBRUARY 23RD AT MERCURY ON 16TH STREET.
