A pedestrian was taken to the hospital after a crash in Omaha.The incident happened in near 17th and Cuming streets around 7 p.m. Friday.OPD says when they arrived on scene, they observed a 59-year-old man lying in the roadway. Medics took the man to Nebraska Medicine with serious injuries. Shortly after, a 32-year-old woman called 911 to report that she was driving westbound on Cuming St. when she struck an unknown object at the intersection.
