One person died after a house fire in Lincoln on Thursday, officials said.Crews responded to the scene of the fire near North 52nd Street and Leighton Avenue, which is located near Nebraska Wesleyan University.Officials said the initial reports were that multiple occupants were trapped in the home. Crews rescued two occupants and a dog from the balcony and another was found dead near the ground floor entry, officials said.Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire.
