A crash in Sarpy County left one person dead and sent five others to the hospital. The incident happened around 6 p.m. near Highway 370 and 66th Street.The preliminary investigation found a Honda CR-V driven by Shawn Peach, 45, was headed east on the highway and attempted to turn left at the intersection.The Jeep Grand Cherokee, driven by 30-year-old Maria Villalobos Madera, that was headed west on the highway, went through the intersection.The two vehicles collided.Villalobos Madera and a passenger in the Jeep were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.Peach was uninjured, but the four passengers in the Honda were taken to the hospital.
