Omaha Police say a 11-year-old was seriously hurt after being hit by a vehicle. It happened near near 13th and Center streets just before 6 p.m. Tuesday. Omaha police said the boy was heading east, and he stopped “mid-bock.”One vehicle heading northbound stopped for the juvenile, but as he crossed the street, another vehicle was unable to stop and hit him.He was taken to the hospital with serious but not-life-threatening injuries.
