Mike Donohue of Donohue’s Pub plans to open for breakfast and is preparing 400 pounds of corned beef for Tuesday, although Omaha Steaks does not supply it. The restaurant does source its ground beef from Omaha Steaks. Donohue said he was fortunate to place a large order of ground beef just before Omaha Steaks ceased its restaurant supply operations. A month ago, Omaha Steaks announced it would no longer supply restaurants.
