Nebraska men’s basketball traveled to Iowa City to take on the Hawkeyes on Tuesday night. It was the first time Pryce Sandfort faced his former team as a Husker. The forward played for Iowa for two seasons before transferring to Nebraska this season. Things were close at the start of the half. The teams kept going back and forth throughout the half.Iowa took a slight lead, but the Huskers were able to knock down some of the deficit before the buzzer ran out for the first half. Sandfort made history, scoring his 90th three-pointer this season. He will go down into the Husker history books with the single-season three-point record.
