REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Refund and Returns Policy

At 1st Sky Omaha Corp., we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Intimate or sanitary goods
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@1stSkyOmaha.com. Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

2. Refunds

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@1stSkyOmaha.com.

Exchange Process:

  • To exchange an item, follow the same process as returns, ensuring you specify that you are requesting an exchange.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@1stSkyOmaha.com with details of the product and the defect.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, including sending a replacement item or issuing a refund if appropriate.

 

5. Cancellations

Order Cancellations:

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been processed or shipped.

Custom Orders:

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
