Sarpy County residents had the opportunity to weigh in on a major interstate project during an open house, where NDOT presented plans for a new interchange on I-80 at 192nd Street between mile markers 432 and 439.Officials have noted that the current interchanges at Highway 370 and 31 are experiencing unacceptable traffic levels.
