ORGANIZERS SAY THE EVENT LOOKS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR TRAINING, EQUIPMENT AND THE VOLUNTEER 10TH MOUNTAIN DIVISION FOUNDATION SKIERS AND SNOWBOARDERS AGES 6 TO 15 TAKE TO THE SLOPES IN A SOLEMN STYLE SKILLS RACE, WITH LOLLIPOPS ON TOP OF THE GOAL FLAGS. Local skiers compete in Lollipop Challenge fundraiser at Crescent Hill
Skiers and snowboarders aged 6 to 15 took to the slopes at Crescent Hill at Hitchcock for the Lollipop Challenge fundraiser, aiming to raise funds for training, equipment, and the volunteer 10th Mountain Division Foundation. Participants engaged in a slalom-style skills race, with lollipops placed atop the goal flags, providing a fun way for kids to improve their skiing skills.”With this particular challenge, you know, you’re skiing through gates; you’re skiing through and around poles.
