A 19-year-old man allegedly attempted to assault someone at the Douglas County Courthouse, deputies said.The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to a report of a disturbance on the fourth floor that continued outside around noon Monday.When deputies arrived, they spotted the suspect, identified as Tytrell Whitcomb, attempting to assault an unknown party. Deputies made several commands for the people involved to leave the property, but they said Whitcomb ignored them.After several warnings, Whitcomb was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer.
