POLICE SAY THERE ARE THREE VICTIMS FIVE, SIX AND SEVEN YEARS OLD. TWO OF THE BOYS ARE NONVERBAL. EVERETT IS ACCUSED OF APPLYING HAND SANITIZER TO THEIR MOUTHS AND BLEACH WATER TO THEIR HANDS.
