A former Bellevue police officer has taken a plea deal in two cases in Sarpy County. Ryan Agustin pleaded no contest and was found guilty of attempt of a felony. The Nebraska State Patrol arrested Agustin in November 2025 for allegedly manufacturing sexually explicit material. The former officer was also convicted of terroristic threats and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony. A woman came forward after his arrest alleging Agustin put a gun to her head and held her against her will. Sentencing is set for June.
