Instead, he was given one $10 ticket and decided to keep it.Later that night, he played the ticket and saw that he had won all 10 numbers. He then told his wife, who at first did not believe him. Even after he noticed the ticket said “congratulations,” they were still skeptical.Thanks to the mix-up, the man won the full $158,585 jackpot. If he had received a $1 or $5 ticket, he would have won only 10% or 50% of the prize, respectively. The $10 ticket pays out the full amount.After state and federal taxes, he will receive $116,163.51. The win was the largest EZPLAY Quick Spot payout so far this year. The man told lottery officials he plans to pay bills, invest and give some of the money to his grandchildren.
