THE SUSPECT IS A 45 YEAR OLD MAN, ANDREW EMERALD FROM GREAT BARRINGTON. PROSECUTORS SAY THAT HE POSTED ON SOCIAL MEDIA THREATENING TO HURT AND KILL THE PRESIDENT. EMERALD WAS ARRESTED THIS MORNING, AND HE JUST MADE HIS INITIAL APPEARANCE IN FEDERAL COURT IN SPRINGFIELD FROM MAY TO JULY OF LAST YEAR. PROSECUTORS SAY THAT HE MADE EIGHT SEPARATE POSTS ON FACEBOOK. MANY OF THOSE POSTS ARE FILLED WITH SWEARS, SO WE CAN’T SHOW THEM ON TELEVISION. BUT THERE ARE SOME THAT WE CAN SHARE WITH YOU.
