LINCOLN — The Nebraska Examiner has officially launched its May 2026 voter guide for all candidates for federal and state offices, including constitutional officers, the Legislature, State Board of Education and University of Nebraska Board of Regents.

Formally launched Friday, the guide includes answers from nearly all of the 125 candidates running statewide. It includes information on important election dates, how Nebraskans can check their voter registration or ballot status and other general details about the election.

The formal voter guide is part of the Examiner’s continued coverage of the May 12 primary. In-person early voting began Monday, and early voting ballots were mailed out April 6.

Additional race- and campaign-specific previews will be published ahead of the primary and general elections.
