A death investigation is underway in Council Bluffs after police say a body was found Monday. Officers say the man was found around 2 p.m. on the west side of Indian Creek, south of Veterans Memorial Highway, near Lake Manawa. Police say a city Public Works employee found the man while mowing the creek bank. They say his death is not suspicious at this time, but the investigation continues.Officers are not releasing his name at this time.
