A driver is dead after a crash on Interstate 680, near 7oth Street. It happened just before 3:30 a.m. early Sunday morning. Omaha police say an SUV driving eastbound drifted left, overcorrected back to the right and left the roadway. The vehicle rolled and the driver was ejected. Omaha Fire medics pronounced the driver dead at the scene. A portion of I-680 heading eastbound was shut down for several hours as officers investigated.
