Saturday’s attempted attack in Washington, D.C., is the third major assassination attempt President Donald Trump has faced in just two years. But he is not the only U.S. president to come under threat.Four U.S. presidents have been assassinated while in office: Abraham Lincoln, James Garfield, William McKinley and John F. That February, Samuel Byck attempted to hijack a plane at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport to crash it into the White House.
