Airplane makes emergency landing at Eppley Airfield after a reported mechanical failure
OMAHA, Neb. —
An airplane made an emergency landing at Eppley Airfield Wednesday morning after a mechanical failure was noticed.
It happened around 9:30 a.m. the plane landed safely around 9:40 a.m., according to officials.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) registry shows the plane is registered to Norfolk Southern Railway Company which is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Officials say only three people were on board and none of them were hurt.
The cause of the mechanical failure is unknown currently.
