Bellevue police arrest woman accused of driving under the influence with baby in the vehicle
BELLEVUE, Neb. —
Bellevue police arrested a woman on charged of driving under the influence and child abuse.
According to the Bellevue Police Department, Cassie Hubbard rear-ended an SUV near 36th Street and Capehart Road.

Police said Hubbard’s blood alcohol level was over three times the legal limit, and her 9-month-old child was in the backseat of the vehicle at the time of the crash.
No one was injured in the crash.
Police arrested Hubbard for DUI, child abuse, following too close, and possession of a controlled substance.
