Blair mayor praises Phil Green’s ‘lasting impact’ as city administrator steps down
BLAIR, Neb. —
The Blair city administrator is resigning.
Phil Green will step down on Aug. 26 to assume another role with the city of Fremont.

Blair Mayor Mindy Rump said she’s grateful for Green’s 18 years of service.
“His contributions have had a lasting impact on our organization and community,” Rump said.
