When asked why she was naked, Fair responded, “I’m supposed to be meeting someone.”
Court documents reveal the incident began just before 1 a.m. when Fair was caught on video climbing into the truck at Pleasant Prairie Fire Station 3, turning on the emergency lights, and driving off.
Dispatchers soon noticed unusual radio transmissions, including one where someone said, “I’m hungry, you got food in there?”
Officers found Fair’s dress in the bed of the truck before taking her into custody.
Fair has been charged with operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. She is scheduled to undergo a competency hearing on Aug. 26. If convicted, she could face up to six years in prison or a $10,000 fine.
