Charges were dismissed against an Omaha man accused of terroristic threats and false imprisonment.
According to police reports, Darnell Polite allegedly threatened to kill a woman if she did not give him $800 during a January incident.

The case was dismissed, according to court documents.
The Douglas County Attorney’s Office told KETV that there was insufficient evidence to proceed at this time.
