CHI Health Center hosts 37th annual Commercial Real Estate Summit
OMAHA, Neb. —
The 37th annual Commercial Real Estate Summit took place on Friday in Omaha.
Every August, the summit welcomes professionals from all areas of the industry to the CHI Health Center.

CRE Summit founder Jerry Slusky said that everyone from architects to real estate brokers attended to discuss strategy and come up with their game plan for new developments.
“It’s just like a football team. If they don’t function together, it doesn’t work. Buildings don’t happen. North Omaha just doesn’t happen without a team. And this is where the team gets together,” Jerry Slusky, founder and co-chair, Commercial Real Estate Summit said.
Slusky started the CRE Summit in 1990 and welcomed more than 1,000 attendees in 2025.
