Council Bluffs unveils new tool to streamline resident reports
The city of Council Bluffs announced its first phase of a new reporting system on Monday aimed at improving how residents share their concerns with the city.

The city of Council Bluffs announced its first phase of a new reporting system on Monday aimed at improving how residents share their concerns with the city.
It’s being called Mayor’s 311. The tool allows residents to submit information in a consistent format with the goal of helping staff respond more effectively to certain issues. It also lays the foundation for a broader system that will continue to expand in the coming months.

The first phase introduces a new tool for reporting homeless encampments.
Mayor’s 311 will replace the current “Report a Concern” tool on the City’s website, creating one centralized place for residents to report issues and stay informed. Additional reporting options and features will be added as the system continues to develop.
