Ewing marks streetcar progress as project stays on time and budget

Omaha leaders marked a major streetcar milestone Thursday with a ceremonial rail signing in midtown.Mayor John Ewing Jr. joined business owners, city leaders and construction crews at Smokin’ Oak to sign a section of track now being installed along the route.
