Fireworks injuries sends patients to Metro, Lincoln hospitals
LINCOLN, Neb. —
Local hospitals gave an update Monday on how many people were injured over the Fourth of July weekend.
Nebraska Medicine said it treated 15 people for fireworks-related injuries.

CHI Health said it treated at least 15 fireworks-related injuries at Omaha emergency rooms and five in Lincoln.
CHI Health said its outpatient burn clinic has more than 24 appointments scheduled for burns.
The clinic accepts patients on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It’s near South 30th and L streets in Lincoln.
