The jackpot for the Powerball climbed to an estimated $633 million ahead of tonight’s drawing after there were no grand prize winners in the July 25 drawing.
The jackpot has an estimated cash value of $277.3 million, according to lottery officials.

According to the Powerball, the July 27 Powerball drawing marked the 37th drawing in the current jackpot run. The grand prize was last won on May 2 by two tickets in Florida and Texas that split a $20 million jackpot.
According to lottery officials, the overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 24.9, and the odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 292.2 million.

Powerball tickets, which cost $2, are sold in 45 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and, now, in the United Kingdom. Drawings are at 10:59 p.m. ET on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
The Powerball isn’t the only lottery game with a large grand prize up for grabs this week. The Mega Millions jackpot on the line for the Tuesday, July 28 drawing is currently worth an estimated $800 million ($344.2 million cash option).
