Nebraska state boys’ soccer wrapped up on Wednesday after weather delays pushed the title matchups back a day. In Class A, Omaha South and Lincoln Southwest faced off.The only goal of the game came in the second half after an outstanding effort by Miguel Solano Rodriguez.Lincoln Southwest won 1-0, claiming its first title in 12 years.In Class B, Gretna and Lexington battled for the title in the early game.Just over two minutes in, Elijah Fulton scored the first of his three goals in the match to push the Dragons up 1-0.Things were tied up at one apiece when Nathan Thiellen came through with a beautiful shot to push Gretna up 2-1. The freshman would later score another goal for the Dragons.Gretna scored five times in the second half, including an incredible goal from Alex Slowinski. That goal was his second of the night.
