Heat continues to dominate the forecast around Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. —

Temperatures continue to climb as we head toward the weekend. Rain chances remain close to nonexistent over the next few days, and humidity shouldn’t be too overbearing. By the weekend, though, both temperatures and heat index values could climb into the triple digits. We’ll continue to keep you updated as the heat drags on.
