During the graduate school commencement ceremony for the University of Tulsa, cyber studies doctoral candidate Chelsea Idensohn received her hood. As she was hooded, her emotional support animal, a chihuahua named Georgia, was in her arms. But the cuteness didn’t end there. As Idensohn received her new academic regalia, an identical but much smaller hood was bestowed upon Georgia. In a social media post, the university said the small hood was created by a UTulsa staff member. It was placed on Georgia by John Hale, professor of computer science.This was the first time a canine friend had received the special honor at the University of Tulsa, and the moment couldn’t have been any sweeter.
