Hot this evening around Omaha with a few storms farther west and north

Windy with hot temperatures into the evening. Showers and thunderstorms could develop in Central Nebraska and spread into Northeast Nebraska this evening and tonight. They seem most likely to stay west and north of the Omaha area. Temperatures will stay hot for most of the week.
