The attack at the Douglas County Corrections facility happened in January. According to an affidavit, Runyon, Mocktavian Dial and Dhevan Phillips-Mills went to the corrections station, where the report states Runyon went behind the desk and pushed the commanding officer away.
The three are accused of throwing chairs and trash cans at two corrections officers. The prosecutor claimed Runyon also headbutted one of the officers.

The commanding officer went to the hospital with pain in his hand, which he said he used to block the trash cans thrown at him.
Dial is facing multiple charges in two separate assault cases. He is accused of assaulting a Methodist Hospital staff member in October and was charged with second-degree assault after allegedly strangling a corrections officer in October. Dial will be sentenced in all of these cases on Oct. 19.
Phillips-Mills was convicted of assaulting and carjacking a 91-year-old at Westroads Mall. He was sentenced to 23 years for that conviction, as well as the assault in jail, back in April.
