Iowa’s lawsuit against Roblox will move forward thanks to a ruling from the Iowa District Court for Polk County. Roblox is an online game platform. Iowa’s lawsuit says Roblox purposefully misled parents by misrepresenting its safety tools. “Companies like Roblox that make false promises to parents and make money off our kids need to be held accountable,” said Bird in a news release. “This ruling is a step forward in protecting our children from big tech companies.”
