Iowa reports four counties with measles cases, tracing potential exposures
IOWA CITY, Iowa —
The state of Iowa reported that four counties are dealing with measles cases on Tuesday.
There are 17 confirmed cases so far.

Officials are tracing those cases to find potential exposures, including a grocery store and a Pizza Ranch buffet.
There are also mobile vaccination clinics being set up in the areas with confirmed cases.
