Judge dismisses challenges to Nebraska’s new political parties
LANCASTER COUNTY, Neb. —
A Lancaster County District Court judge dismissed the challenges to two new political parties in Nebraska.
The decision came down on Wednesday.

The Nebraska Democratic Party and the Nebraska Republican Party brought separate challenges, asking to block the Secretary of State’s certification of the Working Families Party and the America First Party.
Both alleged the new groups were trying to confuse voters.
It’s unclear if the NDP or the GOP plan to appeal the decision.
