The court documents alleged Anna Maria Guardado, 39, would make two children take pictures and videos of themselves “in various states of nudity and performing sexual acts.
Court documents alleged Guardado would then take the footage and send it to a 39-year-old Michael Clark in exchange for money. After the images and videos were sent, she would delete them from her phone, according to the affidavit.
The court documents said a search warrant was conducted on Clark’s apartment, and officers recovered pictures and videos as well as transactions in Cash App that coincided with the dates the footage was sent.
On June 4, Guardado was taken to the Omaha Police Department Headquarters to be questioned, and she was later arrested on 13 counts of child sexual abuse material.
A judge set her bond on Friday at 10% of $1 million.
She is scheduled to appear in court on July 13.
The Omaha Police Department confirmed a warrant has been issued for Clark’s arrest.
