Lincoln Fire said one worker was trapped after a trench collapse at a Lincoln construction site Tuesday morning.

LINCOLN, Neb. —

Lincoln Fire and Rescue is responding to a trench collapse at a construction site in Lincoln Tuesday morning.

Crews were called to the scene around 10:22 a.m.

Lincoln Fire said one person was working on a home foundation when the trench collapsed.

Lincoln Fire said crews are working to free him using shovels.
