An Omaha man was convicted in a deadly DUI crash from 2024 on Monday.
OMAHA, Neb. —
An Omaha man was convicted in a deadly DUI crash from 2024 on Monday.
Wade Harvey, 39, has now pleaded no contest to motor vehicle homicide while driving under the influence.

The crash happened in October of 2024 near Richland Drive and Glenn Street in Papillion. The Sarpy County Sheriff’s Office said Harvey was speeding when he crashed into a tree in a median.
The passenger, Juan Guillen, 26, died.
Harvey’s sentencing date is scheduled for Sept. 21.
