Travell Richard, 19, pled no contest to downgraded charges of terroristic threats, tampering with evidence, and a felony weapons charge.

One of the shootings critically injured a 21-year-old man near 30th Street and Martin Avenue on Nov. 1.

The other shooting happened in the area of 30th and L streets at a Mexican restaurant on Oct. 31.

Richard’s sentencing date is scheduled for Sept. 23.

Lakira Thomas, 18, Ronnie Simmons, 20, Dontryl Nunn-Love, 22, and Deandre Bradley, 20, were previously arrested in connection with the shootings.

Nunn-Love was sentenced to 3 to 13 years in prison in April. Thomas was sentenced to up to 21 years in prison last month.

Simmons is scheduled to be sentenced on Sept. 16.

Bradley was scheduled to be in court on Wednesday.
