This month marks five years since Ryan Larsen went missing.He was 11 years old when he walked out of La Vista West Elementary School on May 17, 2021.Ryan was last seen at the Southfield Apartment Complex near 84th and Harrison streets, where he lived with his mom and older sister.Ryan Larsen’s family releases balloons on his 13th birthdayIf you have any information regarding his whereabouts, you can call the La Vista Police Department at 402-331-1353.Ryan would now be 16 years old.Ryan’s mother later sued the Papillion La Vista School District seeking financial damages.A judge denied the case at the time, saying it lacked jurisdiction and authority to grant the requested damages.Last year, the Nebraska Supreme Court reversed that dismissal.
