Firefighters catch opossum at west Omaha station
OMAHA, Neb. —
The Omaha Fire Department deals with many challenges in any given week.
But this week, it came walking through their front door when an opossum managed to get into their fire station near 168th and Q streets.

Firefighters later caught the lovable curmudgeon.
They’re poking fun on social media by naming it “Bitey,” and are also calling on the owner to come forward to claim the “lost kitten.”
